Greetings Wildcats,

Can you believe it’s almost the end of the year? We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with your child(ren) this year. We wish you a safe and adventurous summer and look forward to continuing to serve you in the 2022-2023 school year.

Mark your calendars! The following dates outline our busy last week of school. Please contact your child’s teacher if you have specific questions. Thank you!

May 17^th – Summer Bridge- All PK-5^th grade students will receive a Summer Bridge Resource bag. We ask that you set aside 15—20 minutes daily for your child to work on the activities in the bag to help retain information learned this year. The activities are fun and engaging and cover standards and skills in the areas of ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies throughout the year.

May 20^th – 5^th Grade End of the Year Program @ 8:30 a.m. (Face-to-Face)/ Gym (We wish a hearty farewell and good luck to our Seniors of the building!)

May 20^th- Early Release Day/School’s Out for Summer!

May 20^th- Report Cards Go Home/No Backpacks

May 20^th – Last day to claim lost clothing items; ALL remaining items will be donated after the last day of school.

**July 26^th- West Newton’s Open House 5-7 p.m.**
